Requirements

EPA & OSHA Certifications
Industry training and experience for certain level positions
Attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn (Service Tech I)
3 or fewer years of experience in HVAC service and repair (Service Tech I)
More than 3 years’ experience in HVAC service and repair (Service Tech II)
More than 5 years’ experience in HVAC service and repair (Service Tech III)
Extensive training and certifications from multiple manufacturers and reps (Chiller Tech)
Extensive, customer verifiable, experience with applied equipment service, maintenance and diagnostic/repair work to meet or exceed 8 years (Chiller Tech)
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Recent graduate from an accredited trade school (Service Tech I)
Process and/or Industrial Refrigeration experience (Chiller Tech)

Responsibilities

Make repairs in the field (Service Tech I)
Perform preventative maintenance work (Service Tech I)
Maintain and service commercial grade HVAC equipment including unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, and heat exchangers without supervision (Service Tech II, III, Chiller Tech)
Service, maintain, and diagnose/repair applied equipment (Chiller Tech)
Maintain and service air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, including tear down/rebuild processes (Chiller Tech)
