About The Position
Pro-Serv Facility Solutions is seeking a true Commercial HVAC Service Technician who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems independently. The ideal candidate will be able to walk into various commercial facilities, quickly diagnose problems, communicate effectively with customers, and perform repairs correctly the first time. This role is crucial for maintaining HVAC systems in restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and other commercial properties.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service Experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with RTUs (Rooftop Units)
- Experience with Split Systems
- Experience with Heat Pumps
- Experience with Package Units
- Experience with Exhaust & Make-Up Air Systems
- EPA Certification Required
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Walk-In Coolers & Freezers
- Experience with Restaurant HVAC Systems
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections
- Communicate repair recommendations to customers
- Complete digital service reports with photos
- Maintain truck inventory and tools
- Respond to emergency service calls when scheduled
- Represent Pro-Serv professionally at all times
