About The Position

D&L HVAC & Sheet Metal is hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Manager for its local shop in Florence, South Carolina. The role leads and develops commercial HVAC service technicians, coordinates service work, supports troubleshooting, and promotes quality, productivity, and safe work practices. The manager takes ownership of results and contributes to growing the Florence service business.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial HVAC building service experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive mindset and the drive to get things done.
• Commitment to customer service, quality workmanship, and accountability.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop commercial HVAC service technicians.
• Coordinate service work, set priorities, and keep jobs moving.
• Help technicians troubleshoot challenging equipment problems.
• Drive service quality, productivity, and safe work practices.
• Take ownership of results and help grow the Florence service business.
