Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Technician

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Technician to install, replace, and retrofit commercial HVAC systems in office buildings, industrial facilities, retail spaces, and other commercial environments. The ideal candidate has strong installation experience, can work from blueprints and mechanical drawings, works well within a team and takes pride in delivering clean, efficient, and code-compliant installations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
- Experience with commercial retrofit projects
- Ability to complete projects from drawings through final installation
- Experience installing RTUs, boilers, chillers, WSHPs, VAV systems, and split systems
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans and blueprints
- EPA Certification required
- OSHA 10 preferred (required within 90 days of hire)
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable working with cranes, lifts, ladders, and physically demanding job-site conditions

Responsibilities
- Install and replace commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems
- Perform retrofit projects on existing commercial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
- Install RTUs, boilers, chillers, WSHPs, VAV systems, split systems, and exhaust systems
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety requirements
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades on job sites
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues in the field
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
