Requirements

5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and industry best practices
EPA 608 Certification required
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled technicians
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability

Nice To Haves

additional certifications (NATE, CMHE) a plus
Experience with service management software and scheduling platforms preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, installation, and maintenance teams
Manage scheduling, dispatching, and workflow coordination to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Monitor job performance, quality control, and customer satisfaction across all commercial accounts
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate HVAC/refrigeration technicians and support staff
Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, vendors, and contractors
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and industry standards
Identify opportunities for business growth, process improvements, and service expansion
