About The Position

Mr. C’s Refrigeration is looking for experienced commercial HVAC and refrigeration professionals to join our team. We are open to candidates from a variety of commercial service backgrounds, including: Commercial HVAC Service Technicians, Commercial Refrigeration Technicians, Supermarket and Rack Refrigeration Technicians, and Combination HVAC/R Technicians. If you have hands-on commercial experience, a strong work ethic, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Current EPA certification
• Previous commercial HVAC, commercial refrigeration, or rack refrigeration experience
• Must live within 25 miles of Louisville, Kentucky
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair commercial equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to work
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation when required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigeration system issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service as needed
• Work on equipment related to your experience, which may include commercial HVAC systems, walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and rack refrigeration systems
• Clearly communicate findings and recommended repairs
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintain a professional attitude while working with customers and team members
• Follow company procedures and all applicable safety standards
