About The Position

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join their team. The company specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment for various clients including restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes across Pennsylvania. Technicians will perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair issues on commercial equipment, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires adherence to company guidelines for operating vehicles, tools, and equipment, and participation in an on-call schedule.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
• EPA Level 2 minimum
• Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls
• Diagnose and repair service issues on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
• Work on-call schedule
