As an HVAC Installer/Service Technician, you’ll install and maintain commercial HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and client satisfaction. Key duties include performing pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping; troubleshooting installation challenges; conducting maintenance, repairs, and emergency service on HVAC and refrigeration systems; working with dispatchers and supervisors for seamless project execution; and completing work orders and reports accurately using company-issued iPad/iPhone.

Requirements

2–5 years HVAC experience
EPA Certification
High school diploma/GED
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass drug/background checks
Lift 75 lbs.
Climb ladders
Work in confined spaces
Wear PPE

Responsibilities

Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping
Troubleshoot installation challenges

Benefits

Competitive Pay: $42–$45/hour ($87,360- $93,600 annually based off a 40 Hr. work week)
OT when authorized by the Supervisor
Per diem: $55/day
Company lodging provided for regional travel
Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
