Requirements

2-5 years HVAC experience
EPA Certification
High school diploma/GED
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass drug/background checks
Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges

Nice To Haves

HVAC apprenticeship
Journeyman’s license
Technical training

Responsibilities

Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping
Troubleshoot installation challenges
Conduct maintenance, repairs, and emergency service on HVAC and refrigeration systems
Work with dispatchers and supervisors for seamless project execution
Complete work orders and reports accurately using company-issued iPad/iPhone

Benefits

Competitive Pay: $42–$45/hour ($87,360-$104,000 annually)
Overtime is authorized: with approval from the Supervisor
Per diem: $55 per day and lodging will be provided for authorized out-of-town travel and service.
Paid Time Off: 48 hours (increases to 168 hours with tenure)
Paid Holidays: 7 per year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
