As an HVAC Installer/Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

2–5 years HVAC experience
EPA Certification
High school diploma/GED
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass drug/background checks
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to wear PPE
Flexibility for overtime and regional travel

Responsibilities

Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping
Troubleshoot installation challenges
Conduct maintenance, repairs, and emergency service on HVAC and refrigeration systems
Work with dispatchers and supervisors for seamless project execution
Complete work orders and reports accurately using company-issued iPad/iPhone

Benefits

Competitive Pay: $42–$45/hour ($87,360- $93,600 annually based off a 40 Hr. work week)
OT when authorized by the Supervisor
Per diem: $55/day; company lodging provided for regional travel
Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
