We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC experience and possess strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills on a variety of commercial HVAC equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial systems while building a long-term career with a stable, growth-oriented organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience servicing RTUs, VAV systems, air handlers, split systems, and commercial HVAC controls.
  • EPA Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • NATE Certification.
  • Manufacturer training certifications.
  • Experience with chillers, boilers, or VRF systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, service, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
  • Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, and related HVAC equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment conditions and recommended repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
