The Commercial Growth & Sales Director will report to the PERS Global Commercial Leader and will be responsible for orchestrating sales plays and commercial growth programs. This role will co-own the value selling strategy with regional sales leaders, focusing on customer segmentation to position Asset Intelligence Software Solutions. The director will develop cross-functional sales plays and go-to-market initiatives for the Power Segment. The sales plays and growth programs will aim to accelerate demand creation, build a healthy pipeline, and analyze market trends to identify targeted customers for the Asset Intelligence portfolio, driving outcome-based solutions. While guided by functional commercial policy, the role has autonomy to execute commercial agreements within GE Vernova Power business units, requiring high levels of commercial judgment to achieve desired outcomes.
