Solenis is seeking a commercially credible, highly connected industry professional to lead strategic talent acquisition for our Food & Beverage Solutions business. This role requires deep understanding of the food and beverage processing market, strong professional relationships within the industry, and the ability to identify and engage high-performing sales professionals in a competitive, relationship-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings significant experience in either sales or recruitment within food & beverage processing, water treatment, sanitation, hygiene, or specialty chemical solutions. What matters most is industry credibility, network depth, and the ability to influence senior commercial stakeholders. This position is not transactional recruiting.
