About The Position

This contractor is looking for a well experienced commercial roofing foreman to take lead on site. From managing field crews to completing new construction installations and re-roofing projects while overseeing project completion from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing the site safety compliance, and crew development while maintaining great communication with project managers, field crews and customers if needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Focus for safety protocols
• Quality work performance
• Ability to complete a project on time
• Ability to lead crews
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in various weather conditions throughout Massachusetts
