Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience with increasing responsibilities
Strong Excel Skills and experience in ERP systems
Strong ability to solve problems, prioritize and multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
Ownership, accountability, and ability to influence others
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships across functions

Responsibilities

Lead thoughtful, timely month-end reporting and financial analysis for Business Units each month, clearly explaining performance, reasons, and future expectations.
Lead monthly forecast and annual budget processes for Business Units, measuring performance against targets.
Help drive the organization to achieve or improve targets through insight, analysis, and critical thinking to evaluate options and make recommendations.
Support the business in developing and executing effective business strategies for annual Strategic Reviews and ongoing operations.
Perform routine and ad-hoc financial analysis utilizing financial modeling and business analysis techniques.
Drive continuous improvement within the Finance & Accounting function, enhancing reporting and analytics quality and reliability, and implementing action plans for identified improvements.
