About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has immediate openings in its Dallas office for experienced litigation attorneys in the commercial and employment law practice group. Attorneys will work under the direction of the Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leader, and/or Partners to prepare matters for hearings, trials, arbitration, or mediation. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Texas. The firm welcomes applicants at all experience levels, while ideal candidates have at least three years of commercial and employment litigation experience. Requirements

Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.
Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language.
Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP, and other applicable codes and regulations.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of commercial and employment litigation experience; all experience levels are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Prepare matters for hearings, trials, arbitration, or mediation under the direction of the Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leader, and/or Partners.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff.
Maintain current knowledge of local rules, the Rules of Civil Procedure, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and other applicable codes and regulations.
