About The Position

The role is suited to attorneys energized by employment litigation who want to handle meaningful work and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative practice group. Applicants must be admitted to practice in Maryland; candidates with at least two years of experience are sought, and experienced attorneys at all levels are welcome to apply. Attorneys will have opportunities for forward-facing client interactions and to handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. National base salary ranges listed are $100,000–$165,000 for Associates (approximately 1–6+ years), $140,000–$215,000 for Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more), and $190,000–$275,000+ for Partners (approximately 7 years or more). Requirements

Licensed and admitted to practice in Maryland.
