Ideal candidates are driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, a strong academic background, and proven research skills. Candidates should be self-starters who can handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required, and candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California. The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for discretionary and performance-based bonuses and student loan repayment assistance. National base salary ranges are $100,000–$165,000 for associates (approximately 1–6+ years), $140,000–$215,000 for Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more), and $190,000–$275,000+ for partners (approximately 7 years or more). Actual compensation is tailored to the individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
