About The Position

Terry's Electric Inc., based in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a full-time Lead Commercial Electrician - Electrical Foreman. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime occasionally available on evenings and Saturdays depending on project needs. This role offers a competitive pay range (depending on experience) and the chance to lead a skilled team while working on exciting commercial projects. Requirements

  • Leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical roles
  • In-depth knowledge of both low and high voltage electrical systems
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and facilities management
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical crews, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize tasks to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality requirements.
  • Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to plan and install systems.
  • Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems as required.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to electricians and helpers.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
