About The Position

A fast-growing commercial electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on active commercial job sites. The foreman is responsible for keeping work on time and on budget while ensuring quality, safety, and durable installations. This is a full-time, stable, in-person position with long-term potential and opportunities for advancement. The role is based in Laurel, Maryland, and requires the ability to commute there.

Requirements

• Proven experience running commercial electrical projects in the field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership approach.
• Solid knowledge of electrical installation methods, NEC standards, and job-site coordination.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must own basic hand tools.
• At least 5 years of commercial electrician experience (required).
• At least 2 years of management experience (required).
• Ability to commute to Laurel, MD 20707 (required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on active commercial job sites.
• Ensure quality installations and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects moving.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they become problems.
• Maintain a productive and accountable job-site culture.
