About The Position

Our company is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall & Acoustical Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and related specialty construction projects. The successful candidate will partner with leadership, project management, field operations, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to secure profitable work and ensure a seamless transition from estimating to project execution. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Crofton, Maryland office. About Tricon Construction, Inc. Requirements

5–7 years of commercial drywall estimating experience
Experience estimating drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and related systems
Experience bidding projects exceeding $10 million
Strong blueprint reading, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST), QuickBid, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, construction accounting software
OSHA 30 certification
A degree in Construction Management or a related field
