About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded Commercial Driver to transport cargo safely and efficiently. You will play a vital role in our supply chain, ensuring on-time deliveries while strictly adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) safety compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old to operate Heavy or Extra Heavy units.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience operating similar units or equipment is required.
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). A score of 6 points or more within the past 3 years is ineligible for hire.
• Must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must read, write, and speak English well enough to converse with the public and understand road signs (per 49 CFR § 391.11).
• Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC).
• Must register and clear the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse portal.
• Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must provide a 10-year employment history (per DOT rules).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Inspect cargo before and after transport to ensure it is secure, correctly loaded, and within legal weight limits.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) logs, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork.
• Act as a professional representative of our company during client drop-offs and pickups.
