Commercial Driver – Part Time
About The Position
The Commercial Driver delivers automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. The role focuses on safe, timely, and accurate deliveries, customer service, teamwork with store personnel and commercial accounts, and compliance with company policies and fleet safety requirements. Drivers also load and unload parts, collect returns and pickups, process customer payments, keep up to date on products and promotions, and maintain delivery vehicles. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. This is a part-time role. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, meet AutoZone’s driver safety requirements, have basic automotive-parts knowledge, and be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. A high school diploma or GED, bilingual Spanish and English communication skills, automotive retail experience, and a valid Hazmat endorsement are preferred. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with AutoZone driver safety requirements.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
- Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, provide clear and professional automotive advice, and offer installation services.
- Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to support smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
- Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
- Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on time to commercial customers.
- Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
- Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
- Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
- Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
- Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
- Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report any issues.
