About The Position

The Commercial Driver delivers automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. The role focuses on safe, timely, and accurate deliveries, customer service, teamwork with store personnel and commercial accounts, and maintaining delivery vehicles. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. The position is part-time. Drivers load and unload merchandise according to route schedules, collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors, and process customer payments in accordance with company policies. They follow fleet-safety and PPE requirements, keep current on automotive products and promotions through AutoZone systems, and report vehicle issues promptly. The role also involves engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing professional automotive advice, and offering installation services. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and compliance with AutoZone driver-safety requirements.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
Valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.
