About The Position

The Commercial Driver IV drives and operates a company truck to deliver goods and services to a varied customer base. The role also performs general warehouse duties, including stocking and retrieving packages and bulk containers, operating a forklift and other material-handling equipment, and maintaining general housekeeping. The driver is responsible for vehicle inspections and logs, shipping paperwork, and meeting regulatory and safety requirements.

Requirements

At least 3 years of commercial driving experience.
Valid driver’s license with Class-A CDL and a clean driving record.
Endorsements for Doubles, Haz-Mat, and Tankers.
Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
Able to work overtime hours during busy seasons.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience using digital systems to maintain vehicle logs, shipping documentation, and regulatory records accurately.
Comfortable using mobile devices, warehouse technology, and transportation management tools for daily operations and communications.
Willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools such as Copilot.
Professional personal appearance when interacting with customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice To Haves

Agriculture experience is preferred.
Forklift experience; certification will be provided on the job.

Responsibilities

Drive and operate a company truck to deliver goods and services to customers.
Operate material-handling equipment, including a forklift, order picker, and pallet jack.
Operate a manual pallet jack with pallets weighing up to 3,200 lbs.
Ensure shipments have the proper shipping documents and that no product enters or leaves the warehouse without required paperwork.
Perform vehicle safety inspections.
Maintain mileage and fuel logs for all vehicles.
Meet regulatory and safety requirements.
Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
