About The Position

As the Commercial Distribution Inventory Coordinator, you will receive, ship, test, and/or repair product to contribute to the completion of a variety of requests. Adheres to safety, quality, and quantity standards and follows directions and procedures to meet product and customer specifications. Support Inbound and Outbound parcel and freight operations for the facility. coordinate product requests for marketing and medical education events, and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products. Will receive, test, repair, ship, and stock various medical device products using considerable independent judgement to ensure quality, correctness, and proper procedures are used. Support Inbound and Outbound parcel and freight operations for the facility. Use Material Handling Equipment to transport medical devices and equipment. Demonstrates practical problem solving and troubleshooting to resolve issues independently and update the support team as required Assists others in resolving their issues, offers advice and possible solutions to them Peer communication and leadership Will be required to comply with documentation procedures and process flows Demonstrate acceptable dependability Maintain orderly, compliant workstation On-time completion of all required training Ability to use independent judgement to resolve non routine issues

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
  • Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Team lift up to 150 pounds regularly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in shipping/receiving, handling of medical devices
  • Trade show product preparation, post-show inventory management
