About The Position

As the Inventory Coordinator, Marketing Services, you will coordinate product requests for marketing and medical education events, and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products. You will oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting. This role involves administering and operating the organization's warehouse, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. You will be responsible for accounting for all materials and supplies in the facility, auditing goods received into the warehouse, and preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Additionally, you will ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance, and protection of facilities and equipment. The role requires versatility through adapting to new situations and seeking better ways of completing tasks, and completing all inventory transactions systematically and physically.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Team lift up to 150 pounds regularly.

Nice To Haves

Experience in shipping/receiving, handling of medical devices
Trade show product preparation, post-show inventory management
