About The Position

The Commercial Director will own revenue growth, enterprise contracts, go-to-market strategy, marketing, and commercial governance for LiftNet. This role is responsible for the number - the pipeline discipline, pricing governance, and the commercial terms that protect the business - while building and scaling the commercial function for a growing enterprise customer base across real estate, transit, healthcare, and government. LiftNet, operating for over 30 years, is a pioneer and leader in vertical transportation performance monitoring and management, providing a platform that connects, controls, and monitors elevators, escalators, and moving walks for building operators. The company is scaling its platform, team, and enterprise customer base as an independent division within Kings III of America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales/commercial leadership with a closing track record on six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Experience owning pricing governance and contract terms in partnership with legal counsel.
  • GTM and marketing leadership - demand generation, positioning, and partner/channel development.
  • CRM-disciplined; runs an accurate, forecastable pipeline and reports cleanly to the board level.
  • Comfortable in regulated/enterprise buying environments (real estate, public sector, transit, healthcare, large service providers).
  • Builds and scales commercial teams; high autonomy, low ego; communicates bottom-line-first; partners cleanly with Operations and Technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Vertical-transportation, building-technology, or IoT industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise sales and business development, and the LiftNet revenue number.
  • Own contract negotiation, commercial terms, and legal coordination.
  • Own GTM strategy, market positioning, and competitive intelligence.
  • Own marketing strategy - partnerships, events, website, and demand generation.
  • Own solution engineering and pre-sales technical qualification.
  • Own pricing strategy, discount governance, and proposal standards.
  • Own pipeline-management discipline and CRM accuracy.
  • Own strategic partnerships, channel development, and renewals.
  • Own the legal-counsel relationship and legal artifacts (MSSA, terms & conditions, and related terms).
  • Build, maintain, and coach the team against the Sales Playbook.
