About The Position

The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the commercial execution strategy and business performance across an assigned region. This role serves as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Regional VP/GM to execute strategic priorities, drive profitable growth, and ensure best-in-class execution throughout the market. The Commercial Director provides leadership across commercial operations, distributor execution, field sales performance, business development, retail execution, and cross-functional alignment. This individual ensures the region consistently delivers against revenue, distribution, market share, execution, and profitability objectives while developing high-performing teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.
10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the CPG, beverage, food, or consumer goods industry
Multi-unit or regional sales leadership experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Distributor management experience
Experience developing high-performing teams
Strong understanding of retail execution and field sales operations
A valid U.S. Driver’s License required
Applicants must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.
