About The Position

Viking Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Development Specialist to build relationships with businesses and develop new B2B accounts in Eastern Maryland and Delaware. This field-based sales role focuses on relationship building, territory management, and business development. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel between customer locations.
