As the Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will provide order management support for customers in their assigned Zones and ensure that they process orders. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead you will meet special customer requirements, serving as the customer advocate. Responsibilities include placing orders at the proper site, following up with customers on order delays/issues and communicating with cross SBU PPG employees and vendors on order statuses.
