Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC or appliance repair work.
• EPA certification for HVAC technicians, stated as mandatory under new refrigerant regulations.
• Own the necessary job tools.
• Have a reliable vehicle, such as a truck, van, or SUV.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to work independently.
• Be located in the United States.
• Complete a brief onboarding interview with a vendor representative before receiving work.
• Have strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in trades such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Be able to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Have strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, self-motivation, and strong communication.
• Be able to solve problems, pay attention to detail, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems to support optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs in areas including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues or potential problems.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly.
