About The Position

Synergy Preserve LLC is hiring an appliance repair technician to provide field service for residential and commercial properties. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain appliances, provide professional customer service, and complete service calls and work orders on schedule. This is an independent contractor role, not a full-time employee position. Contractors choose their jobs and work locally within their coverage area. The role requires the contractor to provide their own tools and transportation. A short onboarding must be completed before starting jobs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of appliance repair experience.
• Hands-on experience repairing household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and stoves.
• EPA certification is required for refrigeration work.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
• Must own basic appliance repair tools.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, such as a truck, van, or SUV.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be professional, punctual, and a good communicator.
• Must complete a short onboarding before starting jobs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home and commercial appliances.
• Inspect appliances to identify problems early.
• Respond to service calls and complete work orders on time.
• Replace or repair broken parts as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff.
• Track parts and job details.
