About The Position

Synergy Preserve LLC is hiring an appliance repair technician to provide field service for residential and commercial properties. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains appliances, identifies problems, completes service calls and work orders, communicates with customers and office staff, and tracks parts and job details. The role is an independent contractor position, not a full-time employee job. Contractors use their own tools and transportation and complete a short onboarding before starting jobs. The schedule is flexible, and work is local to the contractor’s coverage area.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of appliance repair experience.
• Hands-on experience repairing household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and stoves.
• EPA certification is required for refrigeration work.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
• Must own basic appliance repair tools.
• Must have a reliable truck, van, or SUV.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be professional, punctual, and a good communicator.
• Must complete a short onboarding before starting jobs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home and commercial appliances.
• Inspect appliances to identify problems early.
• Respond to service calls and complete work orders on time.
• Replace or repair broken parts as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff.
