As Commercial Counsel at Wpromote, you will join the Legal team that is a strategic partner to the business, operating at the intersection of cutting‑edge technology and go‑to‑market execution. In this role, you will structure and negotiate high‑impact commercial deals with clients, partners, and vendors that not only protect the company but also unlock revenue, drive sustainable growth for our clients, and strengthen critical partnerships. We drive clarity on risk, develop practical solutions to complex issues, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to close complex deals.
