About The Position

The Commercial Contract Analyst is responsible for analyzing, developing, updating, and maintaining contracts and/or marketing agreements. Success in this role requires attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with others to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Make safety the utmost priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy management, finance, accounting, or paralegal studies.
• Three years of experience in energy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the creation, redlining, and execution of agreements, amendments, terminations, letters, and contractual notices as needed.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to collaborate on contract and document drafts.
• Maintain existing agreements in the contract management system and ensure contractual documents comply with policies and guidelines.
• Prepare and develop contract data reports requested by internal partners.
• Contribute to special projects involving internal or external data requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
