About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction supervision experience.
- Strong commercial tenant improvement/interior build-out experience.
- Knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong subcontractor and schedule management skills.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Procore experience and English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractors.
- Coordinate field operations, materials, and site logistics.
- Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review plans and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with PMs, architects, clients, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain daily reports.
- Resolve field issues and coordinate inspections.
