About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial GC Superintendent for our project in Crestwood, KY. This role involves supervising and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, managing project documentation, and leading jobsite activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Senior Housing or Multi-Family Residential construction and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in Senior Housing or Multi-Family Residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software such as Bluebeam or Adobe.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and daily jobsite activities.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and maintain strong safety standards.
• Manage Procore, including daily logs, inspections, drawings, photos, punch lists, and closeout.
• Lead jobsite coordination and progress meetings.
• Review contractor scopes and assist with change orders.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals, and overall jobsite logistics.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, clients, and city officials.
• Must be onsite whenever construction work is underway.
