About The Position

Kelley Construction is a multi-faceted commercial and industrial general contractor licensed to perform work in many states across the United States. Kelley Construction, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY is recruiting for a Project Manager to work out of our Louisville location for the Commercial Division. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager ideally with healthcare construction experience.
Capable of estimating projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Outstanding and professional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Building Envelope experience is a plus.
Experience in Timberline, Procore or similar Project Management software a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction programs and projects, including coordinating estimates, workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
