About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Estimator who takes ownership of their work, delivers accurate and competitive bids, and contributes to a collaborative, fast-moving team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines, communicate effectively with project teams and leadership, and adapt to evolving processes in a growing company. The Estimator is responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work. This role partners with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather pricing, assess risk, and ensure profitable, well-informed bids. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
• Partnering with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather pricing, assess risk, and ensure profitable, well-informed bids.
• Performing quantity takeoffs.
• Soliciting and leveling subcontractor and vendor quotes.
• Preparing comprehensive proposals.
