About The Position

At BF Construction, we are not looking for someone to sit behind a desk and manage paperwork. We are looking for someone who understands how construction actually gets built, who can step onto a site, look at the work in place, and know what needs to be fixed, adjusted, or improved. This is a field-first role. You will spend most of your time on active job sites working directly with crews and subcontractors to keep work moving, clean up sequencing, and make sure the job is set up for the next step. Requirements

• Strong hands-on construction experience across multiple trades
• The ability to walk a job and quickly understand what is off
• Confidence to speak up, make adjustments, and keep work moving
• Strong follow-through so nothing gets missed or left incomplete
• If you have not worked hands-on in construction, this is not the right role

Responsibilities

• Walk active job sites and identify issues before they turn into delays
• Improve how trades are sequenced so work flows the right way
• Work directly with crews and subcontractors to solve problems in real time
• Check that work is complete, correct, and ready for the next trade
• Communicate clearly with leadership on what is actually happening in the field
