About The Position

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to lead nationwide industrial installation projects, overseeing field crews and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple job sites. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership, supporting the installation of complex mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing and industrial environments. The position is ideal for someone who has progressed from the field into leadership and is comfortable managing teams in a travel-heavy role. This individual will work closely with leadership to drive project success, maintain standards, and resolve technical challenges in real time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field leadership, supervision, or project management within industrial or mechanical environments
  • Hands-on background in installation, construction, or equipment assembly (not purely office-based roles)
  • Experience in industrial equipment installation, manufacturing, HVAC, or electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of electrical components, controls, or mechanical systems
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized field teams across multiple job sites
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80–100%) for project-based work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in the field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple field crews and Crew Leaders across concurrent installation projects nationwide
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts to guide field execution
  • Manage project timelines, logistics, and coordination for jobs lasting up to several weeks
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical installation issues in the field
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards
  • Coordinate communication between field teams and leadership regarding progress and challenges
  • Support training and development of Crew Leaders and field technicians
  • Monitor quality control and ensure installations meet client and operational requirements
