Our commercial construction team is focused on growth and further developing a diverse portfolio in the commercial sector- including hospitality, multi-family, historic preservation, manufacturing, office, and recreational spaces- and the work of the site superintendent is a key component in our growth trajectory. The Superintendent is the primary point of contact between the construction site and project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. They provide regular updates on project progress, safety concerns, quality of work, etc. This role consists of problem-solving on-site in matters of labor, materials, security, weather, or equipment, and finding effective solutions.
