Requirements

Experience : 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within commercial construction.
Skills : Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and construction materials.
Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining clear communication.
Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Multitasking : Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Safety Knowledge : Familiarity with industry safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

Manage Daily Operations : Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate Teams : Lead and work closely with subcontractors, tradespeople, and construction teams to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure Compliance : Regularly inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, architectural designs, and engineering specifications.
Safety First : Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
Troubleshoot Issues : Address on-site problems promptly and effectively to keep projects on track.
Client Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records, including reports, equipment logs, and personnel records to track project progress.
