About The Position
Immediate Openings: Data Center Technicians – No Experience Needed. This is a hands-on role supporting critical data center infrastructure while gaining real-world experience in one of the most in-demand industries today. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to break into the tech field or transition from a trade or labor-based background.
Requirements
- Dependable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn
- Experience in construction, landscaping, general labor, warehouse work, or trade school is highly transferable
- On-the-job training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Pulling and routing copper and fiber cabling
- Installing cable trays, pathways, and server racks
- Learning punch-downs, color codes, and basic terminations
- Supporting fire-stopping and grounding procedures
- Reading blueprints and following safety protocols
- Working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
