As part of Farmer Brothers' Revive Service & Restoration team, you'll be the expert customers rely on to keep coffee and tea brewing systems humming across your territory. Your day blends hands-on problem solving, clear communication, and careful documentation. Your target wrap-up is 5:30 PM, with an on-call rotation that sometimes brings you out after hours and on weekends. You will head out within a ~100-mile radius to install, remove, repair, and fine-tune commercial coffee and beverage dispensing equipment. Regional trips may occasionally pop up. You will tackle a mix of scheduled preventive maintenance, new installations, site surveys, and urgent break-fix calls. You will close out each job thoroughly: document the work performed, capture accurate time and parts usage, finalize invoices, and obtain all required customer signatures. You will keep your vehicle stocked by managing spare parts and reordering within replenishment guidelines. You will team up on installs from planning and scheduling through on-site execution, ensuring every detail is squared away. You will communicate promptly and clearly with customers and internal teams, sharing feedback and requests to improve programs. You will honor customer SLAs and juggle priorities so urgent needs are met without losing sight of scheduled work.
