About The Position

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking dependable, hardworking candidates for part-time, late-night general housekeeping work in the Green Bay area. The role involves cleaning customer buildings and grounds using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. The schedule is flexible, and candidates may need to travel to multiple work locations, so dependable and secure transportation is required. On-the-job training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Dependable and secure transportation, including the ability to travel to multiple work locations.
• Ability to work independently and with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace while multitasking.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong time-management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties at customer facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms and windows, and dust.
• Maintain a clean and organized cleaning closet.
• Communicate with the supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Contribute to the overall team effort by wearing a uniform and being dependable and on time.
