About The Position
Mister Kleen Maintenance Company is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Technician to support contract cleaning services at high-security and commercial facilities. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing common areas, bathrooms, floors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and elevators; restocking supplies; and disposing of trash and recycling. The position requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder. The stated schedule is 5:30 PM–9:30 PM. Compensation is USD $20.40 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Disinfect and sanitize common areas and high-touch points.
- Perform high and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
- Restock supplies and inventory.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
- Vacuum, mop, dust mop, sweep, and scrub floors.
- Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevators.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
