About The Position

The Commercial Cleaning Technician performs janitorial work at two locations: Kingston (about 85% of the time) and Woodstock (about 15%). The position is part-time, after 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, for approximately 12–14 hours per week. No prior experience is required; this is an entry-level role. The position is with an independently owned and operated 360clean franchise, not 360Brands, Inc.

Requirements

No prior experience required.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop hard-surface floors and carpets.
Dust work surfaces, furniture, and other areas.
Clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
Restock restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
Clean entrance glass and interior glass surfaces.
Empty trash containers and replace liners.
Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
Work cooperatively with fellow team members.
Follow company procedures, including safety, door lock, time and attendance, and uniform policies.
