About The Position

The Commercial Cleaning Technician performs janitorial duties to keep commercial spaces clean and presentable. This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required. The role includes training, opportunities for advancement, and flexible hours. The employer is an independently owned and operated 360clean franchise, not 360Brands, Inc., the franchisor.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop hard-surface floors and carpets.
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and other areas.
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Restock restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and interior glass surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Work cooperatively with team members.
• Follow company procedures, including safety, door lock, time and attendance, and uniform policies.
